Due to the fact that we had made the decision that we would stray away from the existing market trends of none purposeful design, that eventually create unsurity around the products and instead would take on a simplistic and modernist aesthetic that eliminates all confusion between the consumer and the products the decision was made that we would look at multiple brand from different product categories that take on the exact same aesthetic. To see how this aesthetic can be implemented to create a strong and coherent brand but more importantly a successful branding.
The first example of a brand that implements this technique within the brand identity is the brand ‘Huel’. Huel are company that offer a 100% natural meal replacement powdered drink to be mixed with water and then digested. We believe that this aesthetic treatment is perfect in achieving what the brand intends and more importantly what our brands purpose will be.
By removing all aesthetic additions and completely stripping back the product branding this enables the content of the product to speak for themselves. This creates the shift in the brand being about its identity, to the brand revolving solely around the products.
The Swiss Modernist style helps to add formality and structure to the design of which would be an appropriate application within out products as they represent stability and surety.
