After It had been decided that the team would be consisting of Me, Tom, Cameron, Izzie & Amelia it was now time to decided what we could offer as individuals towards the studio and collaboratively what we could offer to prospective clients?
As we already knew that our styles as a designer all differ massively person to person we decided that it would be best to play upon this and use it to our advantage bib labelling ourselves as a complete design package. This became apparently the way to go almost instantly as even though our styles almost contradict in what we offer, together as a team we have a specialism in what ever a client may want from the studio meaning that different members of the team would be working on different projects depending on what skills the project desires and so we split up the team in to these different areas and disciplines;
James - Editorial Design & Branding
Tom - Typography
Izzie - Screen Printing
Amelia - Branding & Identity
So where id the project entails it I might work on the branding with Amelia and the editorial work surrounding the Project, Tom might develop the typography within the work, Cameron would work with the more illustrative and pattern based side and Izzie would work with physical printing methods meaning that all of our individual skills come together to deliver a final product.
